I created this company for the same reason I started coaching. To help the next generation become the best versions of themselves. I’ve been coaching for ten year, seven at the middle and high school level along with three at the collegiate level. Some of the players I’ve worked with have scored one thousand points, grabbed one thousand rebounds, recorded over 500 assist and over 300 blocks. More importantly over 90% of my player went to college, successfully started a business and played at the division I, II or III level. I believe financial literacy is essential for student-athletes to be successful in any career of there choosing. Here, at P.O.Ps, personal improvement and financial literacy come together to help the next generation take a step toward financial freedom.
