P.O.Ps stands for Progress Over Perfect Services. I’ve had many people guide me during my progressions through life. It’s my turn to do the same for the next generation of Student-Athletes.

Our mission is to shift the thinking of student-athletes from focusing on being perfect to embracing positive daily progression. Progress thrives on experimentation and embracing the unknown. It is through trial and error that great discoveries, confidence, and new skills are obtained. Progress encourages curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to think outside the box. By embracing progress, we aim to create a culture of innovation that propels us forward as individuals and as a society.
